Versa's battery drains quickly and shows no heart rate

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have only had this versa since Christmas and as of a few weeks ago it womt hold a charge longer than a day or read my heart rate. I've tried restarting it, letting it die completely so it restarts that way, I've turned off all day sync. This is very frustrating. I love my versa but for the money spent on it and it breaking 6 months later it isn't worth it. My charge is still working and I got that 2 years ago! Very disappointed.

@Laura1026 welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it's not holding a charge and won't track your heart rate. I appreciate the time spent trying the restart process and turning off the "All-Day-Sync" feature.

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. These tips are helpful in order to improve the battery life of your Versa.

Regarding the heart rate issue, please follow the troubleshooting steps that are described in this help page. After this, monitor your heart rate and battery's behavior of your Versa for the next 48 hours and let me know how it goes.

Keep me posted! Smiley Happy

I have the exact same issue as of two days ago. My battery dies within hours after fully charging and the heart rate won’t work any more. All the admin replies are very basic copy and paste answers that don’t seem to help. I’ve tried resetting the Fitbit, downloading new software, and turning off all day sync. This has never been an issue before. My Fitbit is almost 2 years old.
