Versa's battery drains within 8 hours

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

this is my third replacement versa now...

This one had started draining within the day. It is charged overnight and says 100% in the morning only to be flat before I finish work 8 hours later. This has only happened over the last week and got progressively worse. Normally the battery would last 3-4 days.

Hi @Emwaah, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that the battery of your Fitbit Versa is draining fast. I totally understand how frustrating this is for you.

I'd like you to try the tips that are listed in this help article in order to improve the battery life of your Fitbit Versa. After this, monitor the battery's behavior and see if it doesn't drain fast.

Keep me posted on the outcome.

Bypassed all of that as nothing has changed on the watch setting etc for months and done a factory reset. Battery is flat after taking it off charge 6 hours ago after a full night charge and it saying 100%.

Next fix?

Outcome was I got in touch with support. They gave me a couple of options, in the mean time the fitbit stopped working completely and refused to even turn on and they offered me a 35% off voucher at the fitbit store for a watch that had only been replaced in March. Mind you the 35% at the fitbit store adds up to regular department store prices. Poor form.

I had same issue this month, my Versa 2 was only a couple of weeks old . While I was on a chat with support it rapidly drained. They  did  send a replacement unit. This issue along with attaching new band is very disappointing.  Fitbit seems to stand by their products. However, I Really ,Really believe this model  the worst.
