Versa's battery is draining fast

My versa holds charge for less than a day. It is only less than two weeks old. I have turned off a lot of features to try to preserve battery life.

Hi @Hully  That is not good. Have you tried restarting your Versa several times? If that doesnt help, do a factory reset (settings app on the watch and scroll down to about). If you continue to have problems after trying those two, then please come back here for further assistance.

@Hully Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Versa's battery is not lasting as long as it should even though you've made sure to avoid all the features that may drain the battery level faster.

In addition to the restart process that shared my friend @NellyG, please clean the contacts of your Versa and charger with a cotton swab and a little bit of alcohol. This will remove any dust that the contacts accumulate. Finally, monitor the battery's level and see if the issue gets fixed.

Keep @NellyG and me posted on the outcome! Smiley Happy

Thank you. I’ve realised one issue may have been not always placing versa in charger the right way. I am monitoring how battery goes
