I did software update this past Saturday, my battery doesn’t last even 2 hours after the update and also my Versa didn’t want to sync my run yesterday morning.

Please try the tips that are listed in this help article that are helpful in order to improve the battery life of your Fitbit Versa.
Regarding the run exercise that didn't sync, please restart your watch as described in this help article. After this, monitor your exercises and see if they sync properly.
