I bought 2 Versa on 4th May, one can last about 4 days for every charge, but the other one with battery issue just can last less than 24 hours, and I made a complaint by mail on 13 May, provided all information Custom Service asked for, they even asked information of the other versa not the one with battery issue, totally doesn't make no sense. and my request is quick simply and straightforward: this one is defected product, i make this complaint for a replacement. the Custom Service really doesn't help at all, except keep on asking info, even I've provided all info regarding this versa. I'm really frustrated, and I have to keep on chase on my complaint request, today is 21 May and there is no progress at all.

Has anyone encountered the same battery issue to your new versa; how did you make the complaint and get it resolved?

You need to contact Support again and keep contacting until they give a reply on what you can do. (Link in my signature)

Thanks, normally how long it takes for them to address this type of complaint, I would just need a replacement without battery defect.
