I bought my Versa 6 weeks ago and it the battery was lasting 4+ days for the first four weeks but now only lasts less than 2 days. I’ve turned off automatic sync but it’s made no difference. Any ideas?

@Sunkisser welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since the battery is not lasting as long as it should even though you have turned off the automatic sync.
Please check out and follow the tips that are listed in this help article. These tips are great in order to improve the battery life of your Versa. After this, monitor the battery behavior and see if it lasts longer.

none if these have made a difference. I even did a factory reset and the battery still only lasts two days at the most. Very disappointing especially as I have to turn most things off so can’t use it as it’s supposed to be used

@Sunkisser I'm sorry for the late response. However, regarding the battery draining issue that your Versa was experiencing, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they contacted you via email with some instructions.
