My battery indicator on my fitbit will say it's charged 100% when the app says it's not. The battery indicator stopped working. I'm also not getting all the green lights on when it's fully charged.

Hi @cuddlebeardee, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since the battery indicator on your Fitbit app says that your watch is not charged.
Please make sure that your phone has the most recent Fitbit app version installed. If the app is up to date, try logging out, restart your phone, open the app and log in. Finally, restart your Fitbit Versa as described in this help article. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours, sync it and see if the battery indicator on your Fitbit app gets updated.
