Versa's battery life getting worse

I bought my Versa in May, and for the first 6 weeks or so the battery lasted the advertised 5 days, I don’t use it for music or anything fancy, just steps and heart rate, then in June it suddenly went down to 2 days. I followed all the advice turned off all the fancy stuff (notifications, lighting up when I move my wrist, and anything else), posted on here and got told to switch it on and off again several times, did that for several days, still at two days.

but now I am barely getting a day out of it. Fully charged it last night, down to 24% now. Really not impressed, I’ve had fitbits for the last 4 years and love them, but the Versa is proving to be a real problem, it’s is only being used like my charge 2hr was but for twice the price and half the battery life!

what more can I do to enable me to be using the Versa to its full potential or do I just give up on it?

I have the EXACT same issue! I heard maybe a software update may have affected battery life. I’ve done everything they suggest and battery life is terrible!!!!

I am experiencing exactly the same problem. Until recently I could get several days out of the battery, but now it is only lasting for 1 day. Very disappointing

Same here, they monitored my syncs for 24 hours, and my replacement is on it way. Thank you Fitbit support!

My versa is doing this exact same thing.  It goes from 100-0 in less than 24 hours.  It was wonderful when I first got it in June but now it always seems to die.

I lowered my my screen brightness and don't use any apps.  I don' the know why it suddenly started doing this.  It just dies so quickly, and never gives me notice either.

Contact customer service. After monitoring my Fitbit, it was determined
the battery was not responding correctly and they sent me a new one
