I’ve gone from Fitbit charge to Versa and can’t seem to get past two days of battery life?? At the side of 6-7 days on Fitbit charge?? Is this right?? Battery life is awful with Versa.

@Teresa-M welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since its battery won't last as long as it should.

I'd like you to try the tips that are listed in this help article in order to improve the battery life of your watch. After trying those tips, charge your Versa for 2-3 hours, monitor the battery's behavior and see if it lasts longer.

Keep me posted on the outcome! Smiley Happy

JuanJo,

I called support and they've taken care of everything. Seems the unit was defective but now it's been replaced. Thanks!

@Teresa-M I'm sorry for the late response. However, I'm glad to hear that the battery life is better now. Regarding the Fitbit app, make sure that your phone has the most recent Fitbit app version installed. If the app is up to date, try logging out of the app, restart your phone, open the app, log in and see if the issue gets fixed when you tap on the sleep tile.

@Thomasi18 I'm also sorry for the late response to your post. I'm so glad to hear about the great news. It's great to know that you are back on track with a replacement unit. Thank you for posting the update here and don't hesitate to get back if you need further assistance.

I'll be around if you guys have any questions!
