Versa's battery life lasts only 1 hour

My Fitbit is only a few months old and it does not want to hold a charge. I have already bought a new charge in hopes that it was the problem, but now the battery is failing. I will put it on the charge all night, pick it up in the morning with "100%" charged and then an hour later it just dies and I cannot get it to turn back on unless I put it on the charger. Even then, it will say the battery is "100%" but then as soon as I take it off the charger, it dies. Please help! I love this watch more then the apple watch but i'm getting frustrated with this process.

Hello,

The device will not turn on at all after it's been fully charged. These tips will not help because I only use it as a watch and it wont last past an hour. It will be 100% then it just dies all of a sudden and doesn't turn back on. Then I put it on the charger, it turns on and says 0%, then 5 minutes later it says 100%, i pick it up, put it on, then it does after an hour. No warning. Just goes black and turns off.
