Hello
My fitbit Versa went flat, came home and charged it and nothing. I'm unable to charge it or re-set it.....help!

Hi @Tashydb, welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the charging issues that your Fitbit Versa has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.

Thanks for your quick response @JuanJoFitbit.
I left it on charge all last night and most of today. At first nothing happened, just a blank screen, then by about 2.30pm it finally was charging. I left it to fully charge to 100% and so far it seems fine.
So happy it's started again, I felt lost without it. Hopefully it holds its charge.
