Versa's battery not keeping charge

 ive had by Versa for 9 days. completed it first full charge at initial set up and then I had to charge 1 day ago and today the battery died. Not happy! any suggestions other than returning it.

Please clean the contacts

@tcruz Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well! Did you try the suggestions @WendyB shared with you? Are you still having issues with your Versa? Have you monitored it's battery life after a full charge and trying the suggestions?
