My brand new Fitbit versa 2 arrived today from Very. I have charged it all day and it will not go beyond 99% charges. Anyone else had this or know why it may be happening? Should I send it back?

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 ours and see if the issue gets fixed.
