Versa's black screen

I purchased my Versa about a yr ago. It was fine when I put it on the charger last night. Now I have a black screen that won't respond to restart. I can't get it to do anything.

@SteelerDiva welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't turn on even though you have tried the restart process before contacting our forums.

Please follow the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article also contains the restart process but you can skip it and proceed with the rest. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.

Keep me posted on the outcome! Smiley Happy

My fitbit versa screen first went to a grey screen, and is now a black screen.  It won't charge or reset.  What now?

@SteelerDiva I'm sorry for the late response. However, since the issue persists, let me go ahead and forward your case to our Support team so they can investigate further and provide a solution. You will receive an email from them soon.

@TW-versa thank you for joining us in this thread and our Fitbit Community. Since your Versa is still blank even though you have restarted it before contacting our forums, please try the troubleshooting steps advised in the article that I shared in my previous post. After trying those steps, charge your Versa for 2-3 hours and see if it takes a charge and turns on.

Let me know how it goes!
