Hi can’t keep my versa charged! It’s been stuck at 54-55% no matter what I do it won’t move up in numbers! I have uninstalled the app on my phone and shut down my Fitbit but nothing. Anyone having this issue?

I have an apple 8

Hi @Princess8751019, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that the level of your Versa's battery is stuck at 54-55% and it won't move from there. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
