My Fitbit watch fell on the tiled floor and since then the clock face screen is not appearing? The sensor is working showing me the green light and it’s sync to my phone too... but the screen doesn’t show on watch??? Any idea please if someone could help? What should I do? Thanks!

@Hgoswami welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since the display stopped turning on.
Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. This will refresh your watch internally. After this, change the clock face to one developed by Fitbit. After this, plug the watch on the charger and see if the display turns on while charging and after unplugging it.
Keep me posted on the outcome! ![]()

Any chance your Fitbit got wet? It's supposed to be swimproof but it is in fact not. I have two broken versas after going swimming weds night. 600 bucks down the drain.
Just asking because ours did the same thing on the same day after we went swimming and now they're not under warranty and we are out 2 versas.
