My clock, after the latest update, is slowing down. It becomes late from 15-45 mins. I rely on my versa to keep track of time and it has made me late 3x now. I had to sync it 2x a day to keep the time in sync with my phone.

I have tried all the suggestions that you have made on this thread but every day my versa is not in sync with the correct time. It is also taking a substantially long time to sync now. Before it was just a few minutes, now it can be up to an hour with many false starts as it regularly fails. Why is it doing this and how are you going to fix it?

I too have started experiencing the same issue. Funny how now that they have 2 replacement models for the Versa, they start mysteriously start being unable to tell time. I’m switching to iWatch or Garmin
ever since google bought Fitbit it’s been all downhill

This is happening to me now with my Versa Lite. Same as all of the replies here. I believe the internal battery is failing. I can sync sometimes and it will.reset the clock but after an hour it starts to fall behind. I'm with many of you. I may have to make the switch to Samsung. I've been a fitbit member for years with different products but this is it. Time to move on.

Also notice how the Fitbit rep just stop replying to the thread. 😒 🤔
