Versa's display and green lights stopped working

My watch was fully charged and then I noticed it just turned off. The lights on the back have stopped flashing and I've tried the factory reset several times. What should I do?

@Jules9 welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'll be glad to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since its display and the lights on the back turned off. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

 

I would like to know if the restart process that you tried, is the same that is listed in this help article. If so, please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help page. It also contains the restart process but you can skip it if you already tried it. After trying the above, check out if the issues get fixed.
