Have a Fitbit Versa. The Watch was working well until a couple of days back when I suddenly didn't get the display. I thought the battery was down and put it on charge. The display works when the watch is charging. When I take it off charge, the display goes off too though I know the watch is working in the background. I tried rebooting by pressing all three buttons for well over 20 seconds. Don't know how to resolve this. Anyone else has faced this problem?

@TKBhaskar Does it come on at all when off the charger? What happens if you press the left button or tap? Perhaps, Screen Wake got turned off? Long press the left button to access Quick Menu. Set Screen Wake to Auto. Reboot several times.

@TKBhaskar welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it will only turn on when is plugged in the charger. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article also contains the restart process but you can skip it since you already tried it. After this, charge your Versa for 2-3 hours and see if it stays on after unplugging it from the charger
Thank you for your help @Marrrmaduke!
Keep me posted on the outcome!
