Versa's display is glitchy

I've only had my versa for 1 month and today the screen started to glitch. It is fuzzy and there are several vertical lines of different colors on it. I tried restarting it but that didn't help. What's the next step?

You should do a Restart several times before giving up on it.  Be absolutely sure you are doing it correctly according to the link I just gave you.

@kspuhler Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! Sorry to hear that your Versa's display isn't working as it should. As @SunsetRunner mentioned if the restart doesn't work then please let our Support team know. I noticed that you already have a ticket with them so I would like to know if they were able to help you?
