Around October 24 my Fitbit versa display no longer would light up. The backlight would come on but none of the clock displays would. I no longer can get into my watch and see any of my stats. For a while I was able to still track my daily routines, like my heart rate, calories, and steps without seeing the display, it would just sync to the app consistently and that's how I was able to see my stats. I received a notification on my phone that the battery was getting low so I put it on the charger and now it no longer turns on. I have tried to power it on and reset it but I cannot get it to respond at all . I have done all the troubleshooting to try and get it to turn back on but i am not getting any kind of response from it . It is extremely frustrating.

@Jennatuck, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa's display won't turn on. I appreciate the time spent trying the recommended troubleshooting steps before contacting our forums.
I'd like you to try one more workaround that has been helpful for this type of issues. Please try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the display turns on properly.
Keep me posted on the outcome.
