Versa's display not turning on

My versa wont power back on after dying and being fully charged. The green light on underside is flashing but that's it. It's only 2 years old. Help!

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared. Because the heart rate sensors of your device are still flashing, this means that the display of your Versa is the one that's not working as the way it was designed. To resolve this, please restart your device and let me know if the issue persists.
