One second my versa was working the next it wasn't! It was pretty much fully charged. On the back of the versa, one of the green lights is on. It's almost as if the versa froze. Anyone else have this problem?

The same thing happened to me 3 days ago! I had it charging took it off the charger to wear and once I put it on my wrist it went black! I've had it for about a month. I changed the clock face as I had seen suggested on the website but still NOTHING!

Same issue only had under 6 months and completely died

@Jancl @BeautifullyMe @SunsetRunner Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Versa trackers are not turning. If you guys haven't done so, please restart your trackers as described in this help article. This will refresh your trackers internally. After this, make sure to charge your trackers and see if they come back to life.
