Versa's display not turning on

One second my versa was working the next it wasn't!  It was pretty much fully charged.  On the back of the versa, one of the green lights is on.  It's almost as if the versa froze.  Anyone else have this problem?

The same thing happened to me 3 days ago! I had it charging took it off the charger to wear and once I put it on my wrist it went black! I've had it for about a month. I changed the clock face as I had seen suggested on the website but still NOTHING!

Same issue only had under 6 months and completely died

If you guys haven't done so, please restart your trackers as described in this help article. This will refresh your trackers internally. After this, make sure to charge your trackers and see if they come back to life.

I did both the soft and hard reset and its been on the charger for the last 3 days in the hopes it would come back on but still nothing. Customer support tried to help but in the end he told me to send it back and they would replace it. It's just super frustrating because I've had it for 1 month and it just died. From the sounds of it this is a mass product defect which kinda sucks for a watch that costs $200 and eli wants to wait 2 weeks or more for a replacement?
