Versa's display shows the Fitbit logo only and goes blank

Hi brains trust 

my versa watch just keeps going blank or shows the logo. Occasionally I get the face of my watch on, but only for about 40seconds then turns black again. 
It says it is fully charged but at the same time the battery shows 0%. 
Im so confused... tried pressing all 3 buttons, letting the bottom right go to rest settings 

Nothing helping

please help me

Hi @Bfazz, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since the screen goes blank or shows the logo only. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

I'd like to know if you tried the a regular restart as described in this help article. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
