Versa's display went black

Display isn’t working. Today the screen came up with a red and grey stripe and then It worked for about an hour then went black. What do I do?

Hi @SDBall Try restarting your Versa several times. If it still doesnt work properly, p.ease co,e back here.

@SDBall welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since the screen went black.

 

I would like to know if the issue persists or if your Versa came back to life after following the restart process that shared @NellyG.
