@emmaducay80, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it went black and won't turn the display back on.
Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. This will refresh your watch internally. After this, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if your watch's display comes back to life.
Keep me posted on the outcome! 😀

Hello @emmaducay80 and a warm welcome. Did you try to restart your Versa? Press and hold the bottom right and the back button at the same time. Unfortunately, you cannot do a factory reset if the screen is black.
These devices cannot be repaired. If a restart doesn't work, please contact Support for more help.

Hello JuanJoFitbit, I appreciate your time to answer my issue. I tried your recommendation and it did not work. I also changed my Versa clock and did not work as well. Is there any other way to get this working?
thank you,
