I’ve had my Fitbit for less than a year. The display suddenly won’t work. I have tried many times to reset but nothing happens. It is just black. I tried a factory reset, but this doesn’t work because of course a PIN number doesn’t show up on my black display. According to the app, Versa is fully charged. I’ve cleaned versa and charger. Help!

@Rosaclaire welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since its display is not turning on. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
Since you mentioned that your app shows that your Versa is charged, I'd like you to try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the display turns on.

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they handled your case via email. I'm so glad to hear that a solution was provided.
