I've had my versa for 8 months and Saturday it went out after doing a update...placed it on the charger and tried to reboot. The Fitbit icon came on but nothing else but a black screen. The Fitbit app keeps trying to sync but says no device found. What is wrong with my versa?

@Nikkij30 welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't turn on even though you have put it on the charger and rebooted before contacting our forums.
Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains the restart process but you can skip it and proceed with the rest. Finally, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.
