Versa's display won't turn on

Hi, my Versa started acting wacky yesterday. It kept on scrolling through my notifications so when I got home I reset it and attached it to the base. This morning it was fine and then the screen made stripes (no screen just light colors) but would still vibrate when I recieved texts. And then it just went black. Dead. 😢

I just went through that. I’ve heard some rumors that personalized clock faces that are not made strictly by Fitbit can corrupt the pebble. I went through 3 factory resets with no fix. I contacted support and they replaced it. All I had to supply was the date of purchase and the store. Hope this helps!

around no custom watch faces!
