I've had this Versa for just over a week. It started to not track my sleep very well, it would t keep up with my pulse almost like it lagged a bit. So I did factory reset and guess what? It won't even turn on. I've done everything suggested to get it to turn on and nothing. Probably going to return it and exchange it for a new one since I just bought it last week. Hoping it won't happen again.

Unfortunately, my fitbit versa was unresponsive. I had to return it this morning. I was able to get a Versa 2 now that they were in stock so I'm hoping I have more luck with this one. I appreciate the assistance!
