Versa's display won't turn on

Hi my Fitbit was acting funny recently flashing then when I woke up the next day it wouldn’t turn on even though it’s fully charged, I tried charging it and a slight light came on but couldn’t see anything on screen, tried holding the buttons down for normal reboot but nothing happened, only have it 10 months can we get it fixed?

I would contact support. Use the Help link at the top of the forum.

 

The can not be repaired. But your sounds like its still in warranty.

@jason1212, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since the display won't turn on even though it's fully charged and you restarted it before contacting our forums.

 

If you haven't contacted our Support team as @WendyB advised, I'd like you to try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the display turns on properly.

 

Keep me posted on the outcome.
