Versa's distance goal not showing achieved on dashboard

Hello. I am having an issue with how the distance goal is displaying. Despite having a distance goal of 2.5miles and having walked over 3 miles the circle on the dashboard is not filled. In the distance tab, however, I do have a star.

I have restarted the app, restarted the phone, changed the goal distance and changed back and deleted and reinstalled the app. Nothing has helped. Any ideas?

I'd like to follow up and help you with your Versa's app since it doesn't show the distance goal as achieved. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

Please try logging out from your account, restart your phone again, open the app and log in. Finally, make sure that the goal is correct and monitor your app to see if it shows that you reached your goal the next time.

Charge HR is doing the same.  Goal on my phone says 5 miles but when i check on my computer it says 8.02 miles which i believe is the kilometre equivalent. The dashboard says goal not met but details does as you says. seems to be the dashboard wheel is calibrated incorrectly to the kilometre figure. Needs to be fixed by fitbit i would assume.
