My usual run route is about 6km.. But now, versa is only tracking 4km, after the drop. Warranty is over. What should i do??

Thanks for taking the time to bring this up and sharing those details.
I will be moving this thread to the Versa board as I think it is better suited for it.
My recommendation would be to try restarting your Fitbit before going on a run. That will help so that it works properly and tracks all data correctly.
I'd also like to ask if you are using GPS to track your run or letting the Versa track it automatically? That could shed some light into what is going on.
Please keep me posted on how it goes or if you have any other questions.

Hi, I've restarted my versa and went for a 2nd run. Still the same as my previous run, distance tracked is still off.
I always use GPS to track.

Thanks for your reply and for answering my question.
In this case I'd like to confirm if you have gone through this help article. It explains a bit of how Connected GPS works and could shed some light into what is going on.
My recommendation in this case would be to make sure that the Fitbit and the phone are as close as possible during your runs and to wait until the GPS connection between the two is complete before starting to run.
