Best thing to do is to contact customer support. They can check your warranty status and advise on your options. You can get them via: contact.fitbit.com

@Chubbyandkute, I'm sorry for the late response. However, let me welcome you to our Fitbit Community.
Regarding the screen issue that your Fitbit Versa experienced, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat and sent you an email with more details. Please reply to their email in case you have additional questions.
Thank you for your help @SteveH.
I'll be around if more assistance is needed.

Don’t expect an ounce of help from Fitbit!! Have 1 Fitbit versa and the face just fell off. Literally fell off. This is a known issue with Fitbit...just google “face falling off” and you’ll see how many others have experienced this! And NOT just older ones...there are posts from newly purchased ones that have had this issue. They don’t care! Fitbit just wants your money and hopes the known issues don’t occur during their lame warranty period as they might have to help you...horrible situation for them...helping to fix $300+ watches. Much easier to say “too bad your warranty is over”. Note: in Europe the warranty is 2 years...why not warranty North America for 2 years??? If you’re super lucky they will email you a coupon for a whopping 25% off of some of their select watches. It’s a great deal...they get more of your money and unload their garbage on you. 👍🏼😄
Buy an Apple Watch!! They’re actually made to last and they stand behind their product!! Boo Fitbit. Yay Apple!
