Versa's fat burning minutes are note accurate

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

So my fat burning minutes and cardio/peak aren't matching up to the app. And they won't go past 6 hours 38 minutes. I've done cardio today, been moving for at least 12 hours of the day and my heart rate shows fat burning zone, but it won't increase in minutes. I've reset and synced. It still wont change or match up.

Hi @Ketojess4426, due to the recent events, I apologize for the delayed response. However, let me welcome you to our Fitbit Community.

I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since the fat burning minutes are not accurate. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

Please try a factory reset. To do so on your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data. Sync your watch before this in order to avoid losing current data. In addition, I'd like to share this help article, which explains how the fat burning zone works and how the active minutes work.

Finally, monitor your Versa for the next 24 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.

Keep me posted on the outcome.
