I can't get the software update to go through. I have been trying for months. Now my Fitbit it basically useless because everything on my watch says undefined. When I do it over Bluetooth it looks like its complete and then it just starts over again...and it does this for hours. I tried doing it with my computer..that didn't work either. Please help.
