WelI have now trying to update my versa lite for the past 24hrs with no joy. I love my versa and at the moment I would love to use it. My display is showing the Fitbit logo and to set up app. I’ve uninstalled my app on my iPad and Samsung S7. It’s saying that trying to update, Bluetooth, internet connection and try again. I’ve only had this from Christmas. What can be done, I pulled my last strand of my hair out. All I want to do is to wear it and I can’t even do that. Help.

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. Finally, run the firmware update again and see if it gets completed.
