Hi, my Fitbit isn't syncing to my phone so I went ahead and restored factory settings. And now, I can connect it to my phone but it crashes when doing the update. I can't use it anymore. Can this still be fixed? Need your help pls.

@MinneO, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't finish the firmware update and can't be re-set up. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, run the firmware update again and set up your Fitbit Versa from scratch.

Hi @JuanJoFitbit , thanks for the immediate response. But I couldn’t do any of those procedures coz my Fitbit just keeps on showing the logo (diamond dotted blue thing). All I can do is unpair/pair my phone to my watch. The update keeps on failing. Hope this will still be fixed. Thanks again.
