I synced my watch one day only to find out there was a firmware update. When I tried to update it, it either would fail or not sync. I tried again and again with the same result. I contacted an agent through live chat. The agent walked me through setting it up through Windows 10 to update it that way. However, the update only got halfway and failed. After that, the update would not even start again.

Is there any way that I can view the live chat box that we used? It is gone now and I do not remember the code I was given. Sorry for the trouble.
