Versa's firmware update won't finish

It will not update the firmware.

@Jace2005, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since the firmware can't be updated.

 

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed int this help article. After trying these steps, run the firmware update again and see if it gets completed.
