Hi @Tinisha, due to the recent events, I apologize for the delayed response. However, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community.

I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't completed the update and won't even turn on. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

Please try a factory reset. To do so on your device, follow the steps below:

  1. On the device, hold all three buttons for about 10 to 12 seconds.
  2. When the Fitbit logo disappears, quickly release the bottom right button, continuing to hold down the left and top right buttons (releasing the bottom right button as soon as the logo disappears is time sensitive).
  3. When the device vibrates, release all buttons.
  4. Wait for approximately 1-2 minutes while the device clears all data. Eventually, the Fitbit logo appears and the device boots and displays Fitbit.com/setup.
  5. Set up your watch from scratch
  6. Finally, run the firmware update again and see if the issue gets fixed.

Keep me posted on the outcome.

Hi sorry for the late reply but I also tried the instructions that was
given and that didn't work. Is there any other steps I can try to get the
watch to come back on? I hate not having my watch. This is the second one
I've purchased and to no avail I'm still having problems.

Same issue here, i was trying to set up my versa and it froze on 64% and so i did a factory reset and now it wont turn on.

I also tried those steps, its frustrating and I only got my versa repalced after my old versa suddenly stopped working.
