@Pmorris12 it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! Regarding the green light that is shining on your device, I would like to know if you refer to the green lights that are on the back of your watch or is the green light showing on the display. This info will help me to avoid any confusion on my end.
Also, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat. Was the issue resolved?
Looking forward to your response!

Hello, yes I spoke with customer support and no the issue has not been resolved. It's the green light on the back of the watch and not on the display.
Hello, nothing that has been suggested has worked so far... so please let me know if I need to purchase a different watch..

@Pmorris12 I'm sorry for the late response. However, since the issue persists, I'd like you to try a factory reset, if you haven't done so. To do so on your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data. Please sync your watch before in order to avoid losing current data.
After this, turn on the heart rate feature again and see if the issue gets resolved.
As a side note, please follow the tips listed in this help article in order to improve the battery life of your Versa.
Keep me posted on the outcome!
