Versa's green light is not lighting up

I noticed the green light on my verse lite stopped blinking. I tried to pair again my versa on the app and it’s taking a long

time, continuing saying finding tracker

Hi @10nat, welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the green sensor issue that your Versa Lite has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via phone. Please contact them with the reference number they provided in case the issue persists.
