I am so frustrated with my Versa watch. The green light is no longer working and now my battery dies within hours of leaving the house. I have to take it off during the day since it is useless on dies. I can't afford to buy another one at this time. I had another one Fitbiy Charge 2 which I gave away when I purchased the Versa now I can't track anymore. Sad!

@Msnece627 it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa's battery is draining so fast and the sensor lights stopped turning on.
Make sure that the heart rate feature if turned on. If it's on, please restart your Versa as described in this help page. After this, check out if the green lights turn on.
