Versa's green lights on the back are not working

I have the versa 2, this is my second watch. The first one lasted less than a month,Best Buy replaced it in March of this year now the replacement is not working properly. The green lights aren't flashing and the Fit Bit symbol is all that  appears on the screen with the message download app.

Hi @Londa71, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa 2 since the green lights on the back are not working and it only shows the Fitbit logo.

 

Please try a factory reset in order to fix these issues. To do so on your device, follow the steps below:

 

  1. Hold the back button for about 8 seconds. 
  2. When the Fitbit logo disappears:
  • Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds). 
  • Hold the button again until they feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates they initiated the factory reset.

After this, set up your watch from scratch and see if the issues get fixed.
