After the latest FitBit firmware update the heart rate sensor has been acting weird.
For two days the light never came on. After a few factory resets, regular resets, shutdowns, startups and all troubleshooting recommendations the light became a solid red.
After an overnight charge the light is now a solid green but is still not flashing or capturing my heart rate. I've looked on the phone settings and the online dashboard to try and check on the heart rate settings but the option only exists on my FitBit Versa.
Any help would be appreciated at this point!
