The heart rate is not accurate. When I am on an elliptical for example, I know my heart rate is around 145 bpm and the versa lite never goes above 120. If I brush my teeth vigorously, the heart rate goes up to over 150. Does this really monitor heart rate or just how fast your arm moves? Is disappointing!

@Ceilla welcome to our Fitbit Community! By the way, I'm sorry for the late response. However, I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since the heart rate is not being accurate. I totally understand how frustrating this is for you.
Please restart your watch as described in this help article. This will refresh your watch internally. Once you've done this,
Finally, go to your profile settings and try changing the wrist setting from "Dominant" to "Non-Dominant" and monitor your Versa for the next 24 hours and see if the accuracy is better.
Keep me posted on the outcome!

Hi Juan,
I reset it and the heart rate continues to only go up when my arm moves quickly. Also the battery drains almost completely in one day. I am so disappointed with this watch.
