Hi. I noticed a few days ago that my FitBit versa will not record my BPMs on my watch. I also noticed that the sensor on the back of the fitbit has not been working. How can I fix this? Thanks

I have same problem

I’m having same issues.  I have tried your step to turn off heart rate then power off and then on.  This does not fix my versa lite.  Do you have other suggestions.  I’ve seen others with same problem but no resolution.

I tried this, but it didn’t work. The lights aren’t even on on the back of the Versa. Help is appreciated.

Don’t hold your breath.  I still haven’t had a response to my question. You can see when I asked.  I’m going to have to by a different brand I guess.

Hi,

I tried this and resetting my Fitbit, but the lights on sensor still won't come back on and still not registering my heart rate. 😞 What do I do?

Have they stopped supporting this model??? Mine also is not showing any response from the sensors for the last 2 weeks or so...

I have POTS and rely on this. Very disappointing.

I am also having this issue with my Fitbit versa 2 and tried all the fixes listed and nothing has worked. I’ve also notice for the last few months that my Fitbit no longer tracks my SpO2. The sensor light on the back of my watch doesn’t light up or flicker anymore and it’s only a couple years old. It seems a lot of people are having the same issue as I’m having which leads me to believe this isn’t as good a product as I once thought. I will likely be looking at replacing my smart watch with another brand. Anyone have recommendations on other more reliable brands?
