Hello my versa's heart rate sensor has stopped working. I have tried all the tips online to try and fix it. But nothing is working. Restart,reboot, factory reset nothing worked. Any advice?
Mine has also just stopped working - the sensor lights on the back arent on. Have tried going into settings and turning heart rate to off + reset and then on + reset again. Have tried unpairing. Updated my phone. Reset my phone. Finally factory reset (which took half a day) and repeated the above steps. Still no heart rate reading or sensor lights on the back. Anyone?
I have the same problem. It stopped working a couple of days ago, has always ben working perfetcly before. Have done all trouble shooting but it doesn´t work.The green light on the backside is not showing at all.
