After having to do a full factory reset on my Versa, the heart rate sensor isn't wanting to work. I went into settings and made sure it was on and it is, i also did a hard rest on it and still nothing, is there something more I can do? It was working fine yesterday and today my whole versa crashed. After doing the factory reset everything is working fine but the heart rate sensor light isn't.

@Mandy1229 it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry for the late response. However, I appreciate the time spent trying a factory reset before contacting our forums.
In order to avoid any confusion on my end, please let me know how was the factory reset performed. In the meantime, please try a normal restart. To do so, follow the steps listed in this help article.
Looking forward to your response!

@JuanJoFitbit Thanks for getting back to me. The factory reset was done by the settings through the Fitbit itself. I went through all steps and did exactly as told, I even went as far as watching a video on how to do it. Before doing the full factory reset, I did do just a regular power cycle or restart on it. The tips you shared with me is exactly what I followed. Unfortunately, that didn’t help. Which lead me to do a factory reset. Now having done that my battery isn’t staying charged. I’m having to charge it daily now and the heart sensor still isn’t working along with my notifications. Everything was working 3 days ago perfectly and now I’m constantly having problems. 😞
